“I think what I’m trying to do is create moments of recognition. To try to detonate some kind of feeling or understanding of lived experience.”
Greetings!
At a young age, I was always drawn to color and shape. I recall countless hours of coloring heavily outside of the lines. I have an unhealthy obsession with sitcoms and rap music. I feed my curiosity by ogling over Mucha paintings, deciphering the literary worlds of Palahaniuk & Murakami, and guzzling tons of coffee. Through my general education and design curriculum, I have learned to apply the inter-connectivity of design and to break some rules along the way.
While traditionally a linguist is defined as someone who studies language, to me, a visual linguist is someone who is well-versed in communication; that includes visual, verbal, or written language. I am trained in visual communication but have the ability to compose prose that supports the task at hand. I thrive when engaging others through conversation and even more formally in a speech or presentation.
I have the ability to reimagine or solidify your current brand implementation and marketing strategy. Let me be the mediator between you and your consumer.
